Una Moliya is a microcredit organization licensed by the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Microloan terms and conditions: - First microloan at just 0.1% per day. - Minimum repayment period: 90 days. - Maximum repayment period: 365 days. - Minimum annual interest rate: 1% (AER: 1%). - Maximum annual interest rate: 36% (AER: 36%). - No additional fees or charges. The maximum annual effective interest rate (AEIR) for microloans is 36%. Example of calculating the interest rate on a microloan of 10,000,000 soums for a term of 10 months: The interest rate for using the microloan each day for 10 months is 0.1%. The total cost of the microloan (TCO) is 36% per annum. The accrued interest rate for 10 months of using the microloan is 1,728,224 soums. The repayment amount for 10 months is: 10,000,000 + 1,728,224 = 11,728,224 soums. The monthly payment amount is 1,172,305 soums. Interest for using the microloan amount: In the event of a delay in repaying the microloan and accrued interest, the interest rate is 0.1% per day on the outstanding amount. For failure to repay the microloan, a penalty of 1% of the outstanding amount is charged for each day of delay. The amount to be repaid for a missed first payment and accrued interest for 10 days on a microloan of 10,000,000 soums for a 10-month term is: 1,172,305 soums + 8,764 soums of interest for the overdue days + 87,642 soums penalty = TOTAL 1,268,711 soums.
