• instructions for producing, buying or using drugs;

• instructions for producing, buying or using weapons or explosives;

• sexual violence;

• bestiality or necrophilia;

• suicide;

• commission of unlawful acts (theft, robbery, violence, terrorism).

4. In a case that according to these rules it is allowed to use redirect to a Landing Page, it is forbidden to use another redirects to sites that contain prohibited by Russian law information (for example, redirect to virus software).

5. It’s forbidden to attract users by hacking accounts in the social networks.

6. It’s forbidden to use nonexistent software (for hacking mails or social networks etc.) as means for attracting users.

7. The rules of attraction for applications: you can drive traffic through banners in the application, prelands are strictly prohibited. Landing should not be opened in the application, but in a separate browser's window.

8. It is forbidden to use Google AdWords (on weekends or national holidays at RF)

9. It is forbidden to use online broadcast to attract users

For MTS:

It is forbidden to mislead users:

• A subject of a site must correspond to a subject of a landing page or a service that user gets access to after subscription.

• Also it is forbidden to mislead user by ads in applications. Applications shouldn’t be fake and their subject should correspond to a subject of a landing page or a service.

• Spam and autosubscribe are strictly fordidden.

For Beeline:

It is forbidden to mislead users:
